This Privacy Policy comply with the relevant provisions of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (“GDPR“) and applies to the users (“User“, “You“, “your“) of Steyoyoke website (“Website”) or App for mobile devices available for downloading on online app stores, such as App Store and/or Google Play (“App“), jointly (“Services“). The Website and the App are fully owned and operated by Steyoyoke Recordings (referred to hereinafter as “we“, “Steyoyoke“, “us“), which acts as data controller with respect to your data. When you register to the Website and/or use our Services in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, we may collect and process the following information: first name, surname, password, e-mail address, billing or shipping addresses, phone, VAT number, payment details, and any other personal information you provide when using our Services, third party information), geo-localization data, navigation data (such as metadata, access logs, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, language etc.).

PHPSESSID: cookie generated by applications based on the PHP language. This is a session cookie aimed at creating an identifier used to maintain user session variables. It is normally a random generated number, how it is used can be specific to the site, but a good example is maintaining a logged-in status for a user between pages. _gid: this cookie name is associated with Google Universal Analytics. It is a new cookie aimed at storing and updating a unique value for each page visited. The main purpose of this cookie is: Performance.

_ga: this cookie name is associated with Google Universal Analytics – which is a significant update to Google’s more commonly used analytics service. This cookie is used to distinguish unique users by assigning a randomly generated number as a client identifier. It is included in each page request in a site and used to calculate visitor, session and campaign data for the sites analytics reports. By default it is set to expire after 2 years, although this is customisable by website owners. The main purpose of this cookie is: Performance.

Finally, we may process your personal information in order to comply with any legal constraints applicable to Steyoyoke or satisfy Steyoyoke legitimate interests, based on the protection of our legal rights in connection with your use of App and/or Services.

Where you contact us at the email addresses included in the section “Jobs” of our Website, we will process personal data provided by you for the purpose of assessing your job application, at your request to take the steps necessary prior to entering in a contract.

Unless you have expressly granted us with a specific consent, we will not share your personal data with any third party other than external parties acting on behalf of Steyoyoke, which have been duly appointed as data processors (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, IT companies, communications agencies etc.). Finally, where required by law or court orders, we may disclose your personal data to regulators and/or competent authorities.

All personal data is kept for the time necessary to provide the Services in accordance with the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Particularly, we will not retain your personal data for a time exceeding 10 years from the deletion of your account, in case of registered user or 5 years, in case of purchase performed without a registered account. With regard to data provided by applicant by contacting us at the email addresses provided in the section jobs of our Website, in case the application is not successful, we will not retain data for a time exceeding 10 from our last communication.

At any time you can request Steyoyoke to exercise your right to access, rectification or erasure of personal data, as well as, subject to specific conditions, the restriction of processing concerning you. You can also request Steyoyoke to exercise the right to data portability, where applicable. As indicated above, when a processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (e.g. send newsletter you have subscribed to) you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, though without affecting the lawfulness of processing before your withdrawal. You can contact Steyoyoke at any time by sending an e-mail to [email protected] for obtaining further information about the processing of your personal data and/or exercise your rights. In any case, if you believe that an infringement of your rights took place, you can lodge a complaint before your relevant data protection authority.
